How it works

A regular place to keep your marketing moving.

Marketing Action Club gives you two protected hours each week to work on your marketing in person, with experienced support from Dina and other business owners alongside you.

Bring your laptop and a task you want to move forward. We’ll give the session a clear structure so you can make good use of the time.

Business owners working on their marketing around a shared table

Your introduction to MAC

Start with four sessions.

$320 founding member introductory price

  • Four weekly, two-hour sessions
  • Fridays, 10 am to 12 pm
  • A maximum of eight members
  • Access to the member community and relevant resources

The pass gives you a chance to experience the ongoing membership. You’ll work on your own priorities, rather than follow a fixed four-week programme.

After your introductory pass, you can choose whether to continue as a monthly member. The ongoing price and membership terms will be provided before you decide.

Sessions are planned for Melbourne’s inner south-east, around Carnegie, Caulfield or Balaclava. The venue will be confirmed before memberships open.

Your two hours

What happens during a session?

A typical session follows this rhythm, with most of the time spent doing your own marketing.

  1. 15 minutes

    01

Check in and choose your priority

Briefly share what you completed since last time, what you’re working on today and anything blocking you. This helps identify where support is needed before the work begins.

  2. 75 minutes

    02

    Focus on your marketing

Work on your current priority while Dina circulates around the group. Ask for feedback on a draft, help with a decision or practical support with a tool. This is the core of each session.

  3. 20 minutes

    03

    Solve a problem together

Work through one relevant marketing challenge as a group, with Dina guiding the discussion. You might review a website page, improve an email or explore why an offer isn’t getting enquiries.

  4. 10 minutes

    04

    Decide what happens next

Record what you completed, what you’ll do before the next session and what you intend to work on when you return.

The group clinic can happen earlier if a shared roadblock needs attention. If there isn’t a useful challenge to discuss, that time becomes extra focused working time. There is no guaranteed individual hot seat each week.

The MAC Method

Start with the right priority.

Your diagnostic helps identify what needs attention, so you can choose a useful focus instead of jumping between unrelated marketing tasks.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Complete a practical marketing diagnostic when you join.

  2. 02

    Prioritise

Choose one main priority that deserves your attention.

  3. 03

    Plan

Break that priority into manageable actions.

  4. 04

    Act

Use the weekly sessions to do the work.

  5. 05

    Review

Check your progress and adjust your priorities as needed.

As your business and marketing change, you return to the same cycle and decide what matters next.

Experienced guidance

How Dina supports you.

Dina circulates throughout the focused working block, reviewing work, answering questions and helping you make decisions.

You can ask for a second opinion on your message, help with a technical blocker or a useful tool or template. Support responds to the work in the room rather than being divided into fixed one-to-one coaching slots.

Meet Dina

Working alongside others

What the group adds.

Other business owners bring different perspectives and experience. You can share challenges, offer feedback and learn from the questions that come up.

Knowing you’ll return to the group also helps you follow through between sessions. Dina guides the discussion and provides the experienced marketing judgement behind the advice.

Your business, your priorities

Bring something you want to move forward.

You might finish a newsletter, improve a website page, plan a campaign or work through how you follow up enquiries.

AI can help with the work when it’s useful, alongside other tools and resources. The focus is making progress on the marketing your business needs.
