Marketing Action Club
Marketing Action Club is a weekly, in-person membership for established service-based small business owners in Melbourne’s inner south-east.
Bring the marketing task you need to move forward and spend two protected hours working on it, with experienced support and other business owners alongside you.
Melbourne’s inner south-east · Maximum 8 members · Fridays, 10am to 12pm

Why MAC?
When marketing is constantly pushed aside, the effects eventually show up.
It might mean a quiet month, an enquiry pipeline that depends entirely on referrals, a newsletter nobody has sent since last year or a website that still describes a service you no longer offer.
The problem is rarely a lack of good intentions. Client work takes over, urgent jobs appear and marketing drops down the list again.
MAC gives you two protected hours every week to focus, with an experienced marketer there to help and other business owners working alongside you.
It gives unfinished marketing work a regular place to move forward.
What MAC adds
Inside MAC
Bring your laptop and a marketing task, project or idea you want to move forward.
You’ll spend the session working on your own priorities. Dina will be there when you need direction, feedback or practical help, while other business owners work on their marketing alongside you.
For example, you might arrive with a half-written client email, improve the message during the session and leave with it ready to send, or already sent.

The MAC approach
For two hours, marketing gets your full attention before the usual demands of running a business take over.
Dina is available throughout the session for guidance, honest feedback and practical help with anything slowing you down.
Each session builds on the last, helping you follow through and return the following week knowing what comes next.
Client feedback
“Coaching was exactly what we needed. A lot of things are so much clearer now and we are able to do some marketing tasks that we thought were impossible. Dina has a vast knowledge that can really help to build your brand.”
“Dina has been invaluable. Her approach is very structured and guides you step by step through the marketing of your business. She is always happy to answer questions or review something when you’re not sure.”
“Having worked in real estate and property development for 20 years, I’ve worked with many marketing coaches. Dina is in a league of her own. Her ability to listen to what we needed and provide the right advice was special.”
Is MAC for you?
MAC is designed for established service-based small business owners who are still involved in their own marketing.
Dina circulates throughout the focused working block, giving members direct feedback and practical help as questions or roadblocks come up. Support responds to what each person is working on rather than being divided into formal one-to-one coaching slots.
Where will MAC meet?
Sessions are planned for the Carnegie, Caulfield or Balaclava area.

FAQs
If that already works for you, great. MAC adds a regular session to attend, experienced marketing support and other business owners working alongside you. You can get feedback, work through blockers and keep yourself accountable.
A typical session includes a 15-minute check-in, 75 minutes of focused marketing work with Dina’s guidance, a 20-minute group problem-solving clinic and 10 minutes to record progress and next actions. The clinic time can be added to the working block when there is no useful shared challenge.
Start with a four-session pass for $320. At the end of those four sessions, you can decide whether you want to continue as a monthly member. There is no obligation to continue after the initial pass. Ongoing membership pricing and terms will be provided before you make that decision.

No. AI is one of the tools you can use when it helps. You might use it to research, plan, write or improve something, but the focus is getting your marketing done.
The main purpose is to work on your marketing. Getting to know other business owners, sharing experiences and making connections are part of the benefit.
MAC suits business owners who want ongoing support while they continue doing their own marketing. The shared sessions make it a lower-cost option and give you regular time to put the advice into action. Consulting is a better fit when you need a larger strategic problem solved or want someone to take on more of the work.
